The Heal Zone is a sanctuary located in the heart of Milton that offers an Infra-red Sauna, Cold Plunge as well as expertise in all things holistic health and wellness.

Come and visit our stunning recovery room and feel completely rejuvenated or have a movement and breathwork session with Nic Laidlaw who is one of Australia’s leading Movement and Lifestyle coaches.
