A signature experience is the self-guided pairing, inviting visitors to match three of the company's gelati or sorbet flavours with artisanal chocolate tiles. This relaxed tasting highlights how flavours complement and contrast, explored at your own pace.

The experience takes around 30 minutes and is available daily, with bookings required for groups of 12 or more.

Perfect for the kids and adults. Our Chocolatiers have matched our White, Milk & Dark chocolates with three house-made Gelati. This is the perfect experience for the kids if the adults want to experience one of the grown-up pairings! You can all be seated together and enjoy the moment! Please allow 20-30 minutes. Pairing available every day, booking recommended. Last booking is 4pm.
