Fantastic botanic gardens highlighting the Australian Native plants that thrive in the arid parts of Australia. Great walking paths take you to a variety of sections, all very interesting, and plants are well labelled. You get lovely views across to the Flinders Ranges. Good cafe and shop too. Free entry also.
Beautiful gardens showing the great variety of plants found in the arid landscapes of outback Australia. Provides good understanding of which plants could be used in the gardens living in similar conditions. Plants are labelled, easy paths on which to work and a map is supplied. Plenty of parking and the gardens are located not far from Port Augusta with great views towards the Flinders Ranges. There is also a Cafe on-site, a plant nursery and gift shop.
