This really is a place to visit while in the city. Go for a bite to eat - plenty of places to eat prepared food. Or simply wander and find a sweat to your liking between meals. This is where you can shop for everything edible and is a great display of some fine ingredients for what might be your next restaurant meal. Ice cream, fresh dairy milk, fish, sweets, candy, fruits, vegetables, you name it. Do many sweet options. Do check the hours - some days are “full market” and others are not as jam packed. Locals will know schedule because just being “open” on Google does not show full market days - which I think are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Fabulous market for all kinds of food esp seafood, f & v, cheeses, deli items and tens of other items. Great place to eat all ethnic foods or standard Aussie stuff. It's a must visit

Artisan appeal and presentation - 5/5 Overall vibe was cosy and nostalgic walking around a wide selections of food and trades. Pricing - 2/5 Unfortunately, we felt many items are overpriced, which is a detriment to the notion of going to a market to find cheap local produce. If you’re not afraid to splash money, you’ll find this place amazingly diverse, but if you’re after a deal, you’ll likely wont find it here, and instead go to local famers markets. Whilst we enjoyed exploring the market, we felt reluctant spending money like $10 for a slice a pizza.
