Darling's brings the latest coffee innovations to the Barossa Valley while keeping up with contemporary food trends.

At Darling's, they strive to enhance the Barossa Valley experience by supporting their amazing local producers such as Apex Bakery, Barossa Smokehouse Butcher, Breaking Bread Baker, Betty's Crumpets, Barossa Valley Cheese Company & Careme Pastry. They love to include their products in their meals to create their own food sensations.

This is evident on the breakfast menu which also includes our house made granola and vegetarian tarts. To accompany our passion for food we have a La Marzocco GB5 coffee machine, which we pair with the amazing coffee roasted by their very own David Trotta and Alex Loft of Kindred Coffee. We hope to produce a delicious experience both to the palate and to the soul.
