About

It's not every day you get to paddle through the waterways of a 10,000-year-old mangrove forest—places where only kayaks can go. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to encounter dolphins and to kayak up close to historic shipwrecks—relics of a bygone era.

This is a truly special experience that's difficult to replicate, making Dolphin Sanctuary Kayak Tours a must-do for anyone looking to explore Adelaide's unique marine environment from the water.

Their fully guided tours include informative commentary from experienced guides with extensive knowledge of this remarkable marine ecosystem, its dolphins and other marine mammals, and the diverse wildlife you may encounter along the way.

No previous kayaking experience is required. You'll travel at a comfortable pace, making the tour accessible to people with a reasonable level of fitness. Tours depart from our private facilities (secure lock-up car parking, club room and toilets) at Angas Inlet Boat Club on Garden Island, Port Adelaide, just 30 minutes from Adelaide CBD.

Come paddle through ancient mangroves, discover forgotten shipwrecks and experience nature up close - the eco-friendly way.
