I attended the 9:25 am guided tour today 28th January 2026 and was thoroughly impressed. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely friendly. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the company’s history, its daily operations, and the specific processes and activities carried out at the factory each day. She handled all questions from the group with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in chocolate - It offers an excellent blend of education, insight, and passion for the craft.
