The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is temporarily closed with Blacktown City Council currently preparing for the next chapter in the story of the Arts Centre.

While there is no building, Blacktown Arts has designed a 3-year program of activities and programs, which will be delivered across Blacktown City at pop-up and partner venues, drawing on our experience of presenting programs in unexpected sites and locations.

Blacktown Arts is an award-winning leader in the development and presentation of contemporary arts, exploring innovative work that reflects Blacktown and Western Sydney.
