About

SA eBikes is a locally owned tourism business helping visitors experience McLaren Vale in a more personal, relaxed and memorable way.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Shayne and Rachel, SA eBikes was created around a simple idea: helping people reconnect — with each other, with nature and with the feeling of freedom that comes from exploring without rushing.

Based in McLaren Vale on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, the business offers guided and self-guided eBike and eTukTuk experiences that combine world-class food and wine, scenic cycling trails, wildlife, coastal landscapes and genuine local hospitality.

Awarded the 2026 "Best Wine Tourism Service", SA eBikes has become known for experiences that feel welcoming, inclusive and highly personalised. From couples and friendship groups to families and guests with varying mobility or cycling confidence, the team is passionate about helping people enjoy the region at their own pace.

SA eBikes focuses on creating joyful, immersive and memorable days out — whether that means discovering hidden cellar doors, riding through vineyard trails, spotting wildlife along the way or simply enjoying the fresh air and slower pace of McLaren Vale.

All "Tours from Adelaide" include return transfers from Adelaide. McLaren Vale is located just 45 minutes south of Adelaide, making it an ideal day-trip destination for visitors wanting to experience one of South Australia's most beautiful food and wine regions differently.
