It's this 'flavour first' mentality that allows them to make the very best gin possible - because better gin makes better drinks. The Premium Gin Masterclass offers you a fully-hosted opportunity to spend time with one of Never Never's gin experts. Starting with a welcome gin and tonic while you take a brief tour of the expansive lawns and learn about Never Never's brand history, you'll then go behind the scenes of the production facility for a seated session to learn about how Never Never creates its award-winning products. This is followed by an intimate and detailed tasting of Never Never's core range of products (including seasonal and limited releases) and finishing with an indulgent cocktail of your choice made by their skilled bar team - plus every guest takes home a goody bag packed with Never Never treats! Book now - sessions are available at 11am daily for groups of up to ten people. Alternative times, or larger group bookings, available on request.

Book 'Juniper, Grape & Grain' to enjoy the very best of the incredible produce that they are famous for! You'll start at Chalk Hill Wines to enjoy their personalised Cellar Door experience. With the guidance of their knowledgeable team taste your way through a carefully curated selection of award-winning Chalk Hill and Alpha Crucis wines. From there you'll drop by Cucina di Strada where the friendly team will help you select a delicious hand-pressed Pinsa. Topped with their 'made-by-hand-to-a-secret-family-recipe' house sauce, and using fresh ingredients to showcase their spectacular signature dish, this is an Italian street food dish steeped in history and made with passion. Your last stop of the day, mere metres away from where you started, will be at Never Never Distilling Co. with one of their talented gin experts. Spend time with one of their gin experts behind the scenes of Australia's most highly-awarded gin producer, tasting your way through their acclaimed range while uncovering the stories, botanicals and craft behind each drop. From here, settle in for a three-course Italian Street Food feast, lovingly prepared by Cucina di Strada. Begin with fresh South Australian oysters and seasonal arancini, followed by a selection of artisan pinsa - light, crisp Roman-style flatbreads topped with bold seasonal flavours - and finish with hand-made Italian cannoli. A true celebration of the region's finest - bold gin, beautiful produce, and authentic South Australian hospitality, served with a side of sweeping McLaren Vale views.
Cocktail Tasting Flights
Take a seat overlooking the rolling hills of McLaren Vale and discover Never Never through a tasting flight of expertly crafted miniature cocktails. Each flight explores the bold flavours and versatility of Never Never's award-winning spirits, paired with seasonal ingredients and thoughtful accompaniments chosen to bring each drink to life. Guests can choose from a selection of cocktail flights, including modern interpretations of much-loved classics and creations inspired by the flavours of South Australia. Designed to be enjoyed slowly, the experience combines exceptional drinks, relaxed hospitality and incredible views from Never Never's home at the historic Chalk Hill site. Cocktail tasting flights are available seven days a week at the Never Never Distillery Door. Walk-ins are welcome, with bookings recommended for weekends and busy periods.
