I would like to more than comend the professionalism, accuracy, swiftness, totally transparency & totally customer focused Jennifer Hawke, who was greeting all inpecting the property. Jennifer greeted me with a smile and all the information about 1 Cay Lane SHELLCOVE for an inspection of the studio, so totally professional with explaining all about the property and a wonderful smile. Everything I needed and required was conveyed to me. I finished my inspection with Jennifer advising of the email she would be sending enabling my applying for the said inspected studio. At the end of the inspection she also suggested that another property similar was available for inspection too, I said yes please where is this ??? So I then attended this property and was more than impressed. Jennifer advised it was available NOW. I was advised the email to apply would be sent to me. So I applied for both. Since Saturday when the inspection(s) were undertaken I have NOT ever in my whole life had such a professional response to enable the assessment of my applications from a realter like this. The process was more than smooth and on point enabling me be anxiously awaiting for a response to the properties, unfortunately 1 Cay place's owner was not reachable, Jennifer advised this unfortunate circumstance BUT also advised 1 KEEL Way SHELLCOVE was progressing well... All submitted and within 48hours my application for 1 KEEL Way SHELLCOVE was approved successfully. I am more than grateful to Jennifer Hawke for this totally professional and prompt approach to me. I would recommend Fraser's professionalism and in particular Jennifer Hawke excellent customer service and property management. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO RECCOMEND HER AND FRASER'S. Thank you Jennifer, can't wait to move in....

Loving the waterfront area, the walks the views, the shops and can't wait for the new hotel to be open. My only critism are the kids and adults who continue to ride their bikes through the areas that they are not supposed to. We have seen many riders coming up behind people or weaving inbetween elderly people or inbetween young children just running around as they do. Nearly causing collisions or frightening people can be dangerous. The bikes should not be allowed in the waterfront area, just like the signs say. What happened to all the security guys that used to patrol this area??

Bernie and the team are wonderful to deal with. I asked them a million questions which were all answered without issue. Bernie facilitated the small changes we needed and made the whole process smooth and seamless. My wife and I pop in regularly and are always warmly welcomed. Sensational experience :)

Walked all around the marina walking pathway from southern breakwall limit and backtracked until reaching the opposite northern breakwall limit and have had a birthday celebration dinner and drinks on a Tuesday evening at the waterfront tavern which proved to be a very nice atmosphere with very friendly and efficient service of our meals which were generous portions and all drinks were able to be quickly and easily purchased at the well stocked and professionally run large bar . Overall experiences over the past twelve months have always been visibly progressing each and every day . It's a great investment/residential opportunity. Parking is also a very easily accessed aspect for the waterfront tavern located at the rear of the venue and all around the marina precinct as well.

I shop regularly at Shell Cove and love the shops and location. I am, however, concerned about the number of teenagers who congregate in the underground Carpark, riding their bikes and scooters.There are no signs about this dangerous activity and it's only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed by a car coming down the ramp, where they tend to hang out or being run over as someone reverses and doesn't see them. Please put some signs up about loitering and riding bikes and scooters down there...for everyone's sake
