Still, if you value quality and a more natural approach to skincare, it’s a worthwhile experience.

I recently visited Vasse Virgin and it was like a magical experience! From the moment I went in the shop I felt cared for by the people working there. I'm in a wheelchair and the staff were beyond helpful. They are in the process of trying to make things more accessible for people with different accessibility needs,which I'm so excited about! I did a perfume making session (loved it). Everything was explained beautifully, and I went away with knowledge about different oils,and the most amazing perfume made by me! I had a wander through the shop as well and their products are just beautiful! Face creams,hand creams and so much more! Watch this space for some moves in a great direction around accessibility

We purchased a mister spray bottle that did not work when tried at home. When we returned the product on our next trip it was out of stock. Staff at Vasse Virgin promised to post a replacement when new stock arrived. Thanks Vasse Virgin, replacement arrived today surprising us with extra goodies. Great customer service, above and beyond our expectations!

My wife and I visited this store looking for a quality olive oil and were welcomed by a lovely lady who guided us through an incredible tasting experience. Her genuine passion, extensive knowledge, and friendly nature made the whole visit enjoyable and memorable. She took the time to explain the wide range of products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She is an absolute asset to the company, and customer service like hers is hard to come by these days. We’ll definitely be back! PS Just a little warning on the salt next time lol
