Boatshed Experience
Explore the Lane Series wines and enjoy a gourmet picnic, with incredible local produce prepared by Head Chef Cameron Ahl, while relaxing at our picturesque Boatshed. Compete against your friends or colleagues with Boatshed Golf – if your ball lands in the floating target, you win a prize! If golf is not your thing, simply sit back and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful location. A unique experience and a great way to spend a couple of hours enjoying good company, and of course, great food and wine. Ultimate Chef's Table
The Ultimate Chef's Table is The Lane Vineyard's most immersive food and wine experience, telling the story of the estate through the eyes of the chef. Go behind the scenes of The Lane's working winery and cellar to discover how its cool-climate wines are made, before experiencing an elevated 10-course seasonal menu showcasing premium produce and luxury ingredients. Each course is accompanied by a considered dual beverage pairing, curated to explore the interplay between food and wine and offer new perspectives on flavour, provenance, vintage and terroir. Along the way, the kitchen team shares the inspiration, techniques and stories behind the menu, and how season, produce and place influence what's on the plate. More than a long lunch, the Ultimate Chef's Table brings vineyard, winery and kitchen together in one memorable journey through food and wine.
Estate Picnic
Make the most of our open spaces. Follow The Lane walking map and find your picnic table at one of picturesque locations. Enjoy a seasonal chef-made picnic hamper nestled amongst the ancient gum trees and rolling vineyards of our estate. Choose from a private site or shared site. Picnics are open October – April Friday | Saturday | Sunday | Public holidays 7 days during SA school holidays The Estate is closed Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day **Subject to weather**
Blend Your Own Wine Experience
This interactive experience will take you through the art of winemaking before you're unleashed to blend your own wine! What varietals will be in your own signature blend? Start with a glass of Lois Blanc de Blancs, before unlocking your inner oenophile under the guidance of our tasting room team. Take home your bottled red wine masterpiece and show off your new found vinous prowess. Available 7 Days | 10am, 12pm or 2pm. Red wine blending available only
Panorama Experience
Treat yourself to a touch of extravagance with our Panorama Experience. Relax with a private luxury picnic in the fresh hills' air with sweeping views over our estate and the Mt Lofty Ranges – enjoyed from the comfort of our hill-top Panorama location. Our Panorama Picnic package is true luxury indulgence – including caviar, lobster tail, freshly shucked oysters, international cheeses, Iberico Jamon and house-made truffle duck rillettes. We've paired this hamper with your choice of wine from our Estate single vineyard Range and a 375ml bottle of Piper Heidsieck champagne. The Panorama Picnic Experience is available for 2-8 guests. Available 7 days with bookings required a minimum of 5 days prior to your intended visit. Cellar Experience
In our Ultimate Cellar Experience, you get to see what happens behind closed doors in our state-of-the-art winery. In this interactive experience, you’ll get a crash course in winemaking with one of our tasting room team, before being unleashed to create your own master blend! After bottling your masterpiece, indulge in a structured tasting that captures the best of The Lane Vineyard. Enjoy our famous Gathering Indulgence Experience – a seated, miniature ‘degustation-style’ tasting that showcases the harmony between our Estate wines and restaurant menu. Available Monday to Friday | 11am. Available June – January* (*unavailable through vintage and on public holidays).
Ultimate ATV Tour
Step out of the tasting room and into the heart of our vineyards – an expansive 100-hectare property waiting to be explored in a luxe ATV, guided by a Winemaker. Discover the wine's origin, the art of crafting it, and the unique essence shaped by the cool-climate magic of the Adelaide Hills. Indulge in the pure luxury of tasting our premium single-vineyard Estate wines right where they come to life, paired thoughtfully with creations from the Lane's kitchen. Your journey continues inside the winery for an exclusive barrel tasting, a sneak peek of something exciting and awaiting release. Then, let the experience conclude with a paired main course and dessert in our award-winning restaurant, all while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Onkaparinga Valley.
