The Blending Bench
The Blending Bench is where the craft of winemaking becomes an art form. Working with three barrel samples of single vineyard wine, each with distinctive flavours, you are guided through the blending process to create your own personalised Shiraz. The physical work is done, the picking, fermenting, foot treading and basket pressing, now you have the opportunity to create something truly unique. Once you've selected your final blend, you bottle a 750ml sample and take home to show off to your friends. Settlers Spirits Gin Blending
Explore the different taste flavours and combinations of the botanicals used in gin making at Settlers Spirits. Create your own gin recipes and bottle your favourite in a 200ml bottle to take home. The classes are small, interactive and lots of fun. There's plenty of time to ask questions and get advice from your host.
d'Arenberg Distilled Experience
Upon your arrival at d'Arenberg Winery make your way to the highest viewpoint in McLaren Vale. Indulge with 'The Dead Arm Distinction' - a curated self guided wine tasting including the current release and three amazing back vintage examples of this highly awarded flagship wine.
