Untamed Escapes - Kangaroo Island

I had an amazing experience overall on the 7 day Uluru to Adelaide tour. I loved everything on the tour but if I could pick one highlight that stood out to me most, it would be getting to see Uluru up close and doing the base walk. It has been my dream to see it since I arrived in Australia and it definitely didn't disappoint. I also loved sleeping in the swags and getting to stay at the underground motel in Coober Pedy, that was really cool. Rob is also an amazing tour guide and he made the experience even better throughout the tour. I highly recommend untamed escapes if you're looking to see Uluru or just to have an Australian outback experience 🤩😄!!!

I had one of the best experiences of my time in Australia on this tour. Robert was an incredible guide, truly one of the best you could ask for. I had some dental issues during the trip and he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The absolute highlight was definitely Uluru! We were incredibly lucky to see it during heavy rain, which meant we got to witness countless waterfalls and we were also treated to two amazing sunsets. Robert was very flexible and did everything he could to make our experience unforgettable. We spent quite a bit of time driving, but the breathtaking views of the outback made every minute worthwhile. Sleeping in the swags was surprisingly comfortable and spending the night under the stars was a real highlight. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a bit of adventure. And if you're lucky enough to have Robert as your guide, you're in for an unforgettable experience!

Adelaide to Uluru camping tour was unforgettable to say the least. All the stops on the tour were beautiful and the campgrounds were well maintained and equipped. Our tour guide Robert was the best, he made an effort to get to know everyone, he was incredibly knowledgeable about everywhere we went and created a fun relaxed space for everyone. You could tell that he truly enjoys what he does which creates authentic experiences for people. However the same cannot be said about another untamed escapes tour guide called Steven/Steve that we met on our first night here was rude and behaved extremely unprofessional towards our tour guide and people that where partaking on the tour itself. Overall a well planned out tour, that I would recommend to anyone that is easygoing, happy to camp in a swag, get up early and prepared to hike some amazing spots.

I am fortunate enough to have done the Uluru to Adelaide tour -it was simply an incredible experience. Our guide Robert was not just knowledgable and very accommodating, he was bursting with positivity, connected the group and worked extremely hard for 7 days straight to make this an incredible week none of us will ever forget. I’ll not go into details as there is too much good that happend, I will only say that if you ever get the chance to do this tour you should - as it’s one of the best and diverse travelling I have done in the span of a week.
