Join them for The Summer Soirée, a special evening celebrating NSW Wine Month and the release of their 2026 Summer Vintage, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu by Signal Box.

Chief Winemaker Daniel Binet will guide guests through the new releases throughout the evening, sharing the stories behind the wines, the 2026 Summer Vintage and the thinking behind each pairing.

With limited seats available, this intimate dinner is expected to fill quickly.
