Welcome to Billfish, your perfect tropical getaway and the ideal base for a relaxing coastal escape. After a day exploring the reef, fishing or enjoying the water, come home to your own private pool and spacious outdoor entertaining areas.

Spend your days relaxing on the large, shady front verandah, firing up the barbecue, enjoying an outdoor meal or unwinding in the comfortable lounges. The front sliding doors open wide, bringing the outdoors in and creating a wonderful flow into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar, while the spacious lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV — perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

Three generous bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third has a set of bunks. Please note the top bunk is not suitable for adults. The home includes a family bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a second separate toilet.

There is parking for up to four vehicles, including a covered carport, with easy drive-through access — ideal for guests bringing a boat.

Linen and bath towels are provided. The property is self-provisioning, with basic essentials supplied for convenience. No pets, camping, or caravans permitted.
