Fabbrica Darlinghurst is an Italian neighbourhood pasta bar, spread over three levels, with a communal table, main dining room and private dining space.

The menu, led by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Head Chef Jai Shetti, stars Fabbrica favourites like zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe and tiramisu. Exclusive to Darlinghurst, try the pork cotoletta - Fabbrica's take on the pub schnitty.
