Overlooking Hyde Park, St Mary's Cathedral and Woolloomooloo Bay, this welcoming bistro serves a seasonal menu created by Executive Chef Keith Higginson, who has honed his skills at renowned eateries across Sydney and Europe.

Featuring a market table with fresh dishes, Bistro Gadi offers exceptional value in an elegant setting. Whether you're after a quick bite, a leisurely lunch, or coffee and cake after touring the museum, it's the perfect spot to pause, unwind and soak up some sensational views.
