Beach Health Retreat

Beach Health Retreat offers private, personalised beachside wellbeing retreats in Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Hosted by Deb and Ian, each stay is shaped around the guest, with private apartment accommodation and options for counselling, massage, gentle movement, Ayurveda, nourishing meals and time to rest.

Individuals and couples are welcome. Guests can begin with a conversation about their stay. Beach Health Retreat is a non-clinical wellbeing retreat, not a medical or psychiatric treatment service. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
