Amuro

Amuro is an intimate 20-seat Japanese restaurant located in Darlinghurst. The venue opened with solo diners in mind and caters toward people dining alone or groups of two looking for an intimate meal.

Head to Amuro for a rotating selection of boutique saké and snacks. The ever-changing a la carte menu is great for both those hoping for a lighter meal to accompany a few drinks and those seeking something more substantial. Expect dishes such as tartare, karaage, unagi (eel) rice, grilled mochi and more.

Up to 14 guests can sit at the counter which looks onto the ‘theatre’ of the kitchen. There are an additional two tables for those seeking a little more privacy – they sit two people each.
