Join experienced cheesemaker and food educator Lyndall, The Cheese Lady, for a relaxed, friendly cooking experience where you'll learn to make delicious food from scratch.

You could make artisan cheeses such as Brie, Burrata, Mozzarella and Blue. Lyndall shares practical skills, recipes and tips developed over decades of cheesemaking, giving you the confidence to recreate what you've learned at home.

These small, hands-on classes are as much about having fun and connecting as they are about learning. Roll up your sleeves, get involved and discover just how achievable home cheesemaking can be.

Then gather around the table and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the food you've made.

Set in the peaceful rural surrounds, it's a memorable Coffs Coast experience for couples, friends, families and small groups. Private classes are also available for birthdays, celebrations, team building and other special occasions.

No previous cooking experience is needed. Just bring yourself, a love of good food and a willingness to have some fun, and take home a new skill you'll use again and again.
