Box on the Water

When dining at a coastal enclave, it makes sense you want absolute waterfront views and Box on the Water delivers panoramic vistas across Broken Bay to Box Head and even all the way to Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The menu is all about Modern Australian cuisine and is made to be shared. Signature dishes include drunken pâté - the chicken livers are poached in brandy, vermouth and port-ale-battered flathead and chips and whole fried tamarind snapper.

For a more casual option, the beach kiosk offers food you can eat with your hands by the water; brekkie rolls, sandwiches, tacos, burgers and fish and chips.
