Bengong Black

A stylish dessert bar that makes for a sweet escape, Bengong Black Darling Square is the brand’s flagship Sydney store. The menu features a range of premium tea drinks, as well as fruity pillow-soft cakes filled with fruit-infused cream and topped with fresh fruits. Fresh, natural and handcrafted is woven into the menu from the freshly baked bread to the famous brown sugar pearls. The chef trained under one of Australia’s best pastry chefs, Yves Sherrer, and combines Asian flavours with the influence of French patisseries.
