Sample the rang exotic and exclusive teas, including yellow gold tea buds favoured by Chinese emperors, or experience an elaborate GongFu tea ceremony with the in-house tea master.

From 4 pm, the décor shifts and the mood becomes glamorous. The menu features Australian and international gins, innovative tea-infused cocktails and tasty bar snacks.
