Ester Restaurant

Located in the inner-city suburb of Chippendale, Ester is an intimate, modern Australian restaurant by award-winning chef Mat Lindsay.

The wood-fired oven drives the menu and is complimented by a compact but eclectic list of natural wines from Australia and around the world. The concrete-walled fit-out is sparse and minimalist, bringing attention to the simple yet sophisticated cooking. Open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.
