You'll learn basic knife skills, kitchen terminologies and techniques as well as frying vs. searing – the 'how to' secrets.

Included in your experience are three types of Canapés, three types of Vietnamese spring rolls, secrets to making perfect Profiteroles and a Hunter Valley Cooking School personalised certificate.

Your experience also includes lunch in their purpose-built kitchen and an onsite Vineyard Tour with a private tasting led by their Cellarmaster. Enjoy a Hunter Wine Theatre experience showcasing the winery in action, followed by a private tasting with their Cellarmaster.
