Honey Wines Australia Meadery is an Australian meadery based in Broke in the Hunter Region of New South Wales.

Before starting Honey Wines Australia, they had been home brewing mead for over 10 years and beekeeping for five years. The honey they use is raw untreated honey produced from their own hives placed locally in the Hunter Region.

Honey Wines Australia is one of the very few commercial meaderies in Australia selling mead in 750ml bottles instead of 375 or 500ml.

Their main products include Mead, Honey and Viking Drinking Horns.
