Letra House

Letra House is an underground restaurant and late-night wine bar, hidden beneath Palazzo Salato in Sydney's CBD. The wine list is ever changing with over 50 bottles - all available by the glass - and a succinct selection of cocktails and vermouth.

A dynamic Spanish-leaning menu of tapas, small plates and sharers is a reflection of the team's time spent cooking and travelling around Spain. There's a focus on seasonal, sustainable and producer-led ingredients, with the team regularly taking a nose-to-tail approach.
