About

For gin lovers, budding alchemists and adventurous souls!

Have you ever wanted to make your own bottle of gin? Well, now you can!

Whether you come on your own or bring your bestie, North of Eden Gin School classes are the perfect introduction to all things gin. You'll learn all about the dark arts of distillation while you create your own gin recipe from a pantry of delicious botanicals.

Once you've decided on your perfect combination of ingredients, you'll be let loose on a gorgeous copper still to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home.

Classes last for three hours and include three complimentary gin and tonics, a guided tasting of the distillery's spirit range, as well as a delicious grazing platter of local produce to snack on while you make your gin.

The distillery also offers private gin-making classes, which are perfect for team building events, family get-togethers, or just a fun day out with a group of friends (minimum numbers apply).

Finally, if you're planning a trip to Gin School, rest assured that you'll be in good hands! Participants will learn from the master distiller himself and - uniquely - get to use stills that are just smaller versions of the stills that are used in the distillery to make North of Eden's award-winning range of spirits.
