Luka Chocolates is based at the old Wyong Milk Factory. It allows visitors to experience the production of their fine handmade chocolates through the observation window and to sample their produce in the retail outlet while learning about the history of chocolate.

Chocolate production typically occurs from Tuesday to Thursday and over the weekends at busier times.
