They love classic varieties like dry Clare Rieslings, Shiraz, Grenache and they make up the core of their portfolio, but they do crave something a little offbeat like Fiano, Sangiovese, Barbera, Negroamaro and Tempranillo. But the reason they are in Berridale is their love and proximity to the wonderful cool climate fruit of Tumbarumba and the Hilltops vineyards.
Cool climate wines of elegance and bright natural acidity are a must try utilising Pinot Gris, Fiano, Chardonnay, Fiano, Cabernet and Shiraz and unique Sparkling Red wines.
