The Yarra Valley Circuit: A Progressive Dining Day

The Makers' Circuit is a luxury progressive dining day across three Yarra Valley venues, for a private group of four to six.

The day unfolds in three parts. It opens at the first venue with entrees and a drink pairing, and time with the people who make the wine. At its heart is a long, unhurried lunch, each plate matched to a wine or a cheese and shaped around what is in season. A closing course of cheese or something sweet finishes the day.

At every stop the makers talk through what you are eating and drinking, how it is grown, poured and crafted, and why it tastes the way it does now. A few small things leave with you, a recipe and a taste of the valley.

Pickup is from a central Melbourne point, with a private driver-guide and all travel between venues included.
