The first floor consists of the main bedroom with one queen bed, ensuite, small sitting room, large formal lounge, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; the first consists of a queen bed and one single bed, and the second has three single beds. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house with parking if required along Grosvenor Street. However, check daily. The house is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Maximum occupancy is strictly eight people (including children), and bedding is unable to be moved. The rates quoted are for four people. $20 for each extra person. No sporting groups are allowed in this house.
