Mt Trio Guided Wildflower Orchid Walk

A must do stop when travelling in Western Australia.

You will have the opportunity to see the magnificient WA orchids and wildflowers with our experienced local guide. Guided Walks operate daily at 8.30am during September and October each year.

Bookings are essential.

Mt Trio Bush Camp and Caravan Park, Stirling Ranges, is situated in a peaceful natural bush enclave on a working farm bordering the Stirling Range National Park in WA Great Southern, Australia's South West region.

Our 1 1/2 hour return walk is graded 'easy' and you will see some of the 150 species of orchids that have been discovered on our walks over the years.

Discounted Walks are offered for those staying at Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park. Powered and unpowered sites are available in the relaxed bush setting.

You can relax with a glass of wine around the open log fire (during non-restricted fire season) or socialise in the Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ.

Nature Trails from the campground reveal an abundance of seasonal wildflowers, orchids, wildlife and birdlife.

The Stirling Range National Park and Mt Trio Bush Camp, and Caravan Park are just 4.5 hours southeast of Perth and one hour northeast of Albany.
