Begin with a guided tour through the original 19th-century winery, where you'll hear stories of seven generations of family winemaking and explore the historic fortified casks lining the cellar. Along the way, taste through the famous Rutherglen Muscat classifications, from Rutherglen to Rare, while learning how each style develops with age. Then, step into the role of blender as you sample four different Muscat parcels and experiment with ratios to create your own perfect blend. Once complete, your personalised Muscat will be bottled with a custom label to take home. The second day of the tour begins with Brown Brothers – Prosecco Brunch.
