Immerse yourself in a guided micro-terroir flight of the rare wines that make up our Polygon Project: Polygon 3 Grenache, Polygon 5 Grenache and Polygon 1 Shiraz, as well as the Old Quarter and Striato.

Enjoy a glass of Champagne on arrival and a cheese and charcuterie plate with the tasting. After the tasting we’ll take a short walk to a soil pit to understand the project and the terroir more closely.

Rock Hammer Tasting, Tour & Lunch

Start with a glass of chilled Champagne Delamotte on arrival while we introduce you to our organic and biodynamic farm. This is followed by a structured and guided tasting of the rare wines that make up our Polygon Project: Polygon 3 Grenache, Polygon 5 Grenache and Polygon 1 Shiraz, as well as the Old Quarter Grenache Shiraz Mataro, Striato Shiraz and our Kin range. Afterwards you’ll enjoy our fresh, seasonal Kitchen Garden Lunch Menu with accompanying wines, followed by a cheese board. We will visit one of our unique soil pits so that you can really understand our micro-terroir approach, before moving to the winery for a Polygon tasting from concrete eggs and tulips (if available).
