Wilpena Pound & Lake Eyre / Kati Thanda
We meet at the Rawnsley Park Station Airstrip (free carparking available). Then board the aircraft to depart for a picture postcard view of Wilpena Pound in the morning sunlight. You will then fly over Wilpena Pound and the Heysen Range before heading to the North, over the township and coalfields of Leigh Creek, before flying over the iconic Marree Man. Then, before your eyes, the expanse of Lake Eyre (South and North) awaits - with or without water, the colours of Australia's largest salt lake are stunning and the landscapes are hypnotic. Lunch (included) is at the isolated William Creek Hotel. After lunch, we depart for Wilpena Pound to land at Rawnsley Park Station. On the way, we will fly over the opal mining town of Andamooka and the colours of Lake Torrens. Our experienced Outback pilots will showcase the stunnity Outback scenery, tell you the stories of a bygone era, and allow you to relax into your holiday.

Wilpena Pound & Central Flinders Ranges Scenic Flight (45 mins)
Wilpena Pound is the heart of South Australia's Flinders Ranges, but there is so much more to see. This 45 minute scenic flight departs from Rawnsley Park Station (located on the South side of Wilpena Pound). You will depart from the Station Airstrip to see a postcard view of Wilpena Pound, before flying over and through the Pound. We then follow the Heysen Range (known as the backbone of the Flinders Ranges) North past the three gorges - Bunyeroo, Brachina and Parachilna Gorge. We then fly over the Central Flinders Ranges before returning over Wilpena Pound to land at Rawnsley Park Station. This flight is the best value-for-money flight we offer.

Wilpena Pound Scenic Flight (30 minutes)
The 30 minute scenic flight is our most popular scenic flight - and understandably so. It provides the chance to fly over and through Wilpena Pound, with all the highlights pointed out by your knowledgeable pilot. You will also fly along the Heysen Range - better known as the backbone of the Flinders Ranges - and you will see the gorges and popular tourist drives at Bunyeroo Gorge and Brachina Gorge. You will easily see where you have explored (or where you are about to go). This scenic flight departs on demand, with a minimum of two people, and is known as a photographer's delight.
