Learn how Fernfield's boutique wines are made from start to finish on the estate; from hand picking to hand plunging in open top fermenters, basket pressing, barrel ageing and finally bottling.

You will visit the winery one-on-one with the winemaker, try wine from its early stages through to finely aged wine ready for the bottle and chat with the winemaker about winemaking techniques and secrets.

Play the Winemaker Wine Blending Experience

Come and have a play in the little world of Fernfield Winery. You will taste a range of boutique wines from the barrel, while chatting about winemaking and blending principles with our winemaker. You'll trial a few different blends of wines from our barrels, with help from the winemaker to design your perfect blend. They will bottle and label your wine for you to take home and share. Please note there is a minimum of 2 participants required for this experience
