Guided Dive
Have you ever wanted to explore the underwater world with someone who knows the area well? An experienced local dive professional will help you understand the dive site so you can relax and enjoy the adventure. Your guide will brief you on conditions, points of interest and the marine life you're likely to see, including how to interact with local creatures responsibly. You'll get calm, supportive in‑water guidance and help with equipment if you need it. Small groups keep the pace unhurried, and the dive site is chosen on the day to make the most of local conditions. It's a great way to build confidence, learn about the Sapphire Coast's underwater environment and enjoy a hassle‑free dive around Twofold Bay. Hire equipment is available if required. For current pricing, please visit the website.

Advanced Course
Have you been thinking about taking your diving further? This course helps you build confidence and expand your scuba skills through a series of supervised Adventure Dives. You'll try different specialty areas, refine your buoyancy and explore new underwater environments with an experienced instructor guiding you through each step. Training includes deep and navigation dives, plus additional elective dives chosen from a range of specialty options. When you complete the course, you'll earn the SSI Advanced Adventure Diver certification, which qualifies you to dive to 30 metres (junior depth limits apply). It's an internationally recognised rating that opens the door to more dive sites and new experiences around the world. Online learning materials are included, and hire equipment is available if you need it. For current pricing, please visit the website.

Freediving Level 1
Whether you're freediving for the first time or already an experienced snorkeller, the SSI Level 1 Freediving Course will take you deeper than you've ever been on a single breath. You'll learn breath‑holding and relaxation techniques that help you safely freedive to depths of up to 20 metres. This program is designed for anyone with the desire to explore — from complete beginners to confident snorkellers wanting to reach new depths. You'll build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills through theory, pool sessions and ocean dives. All equipment, pool entry fees and online course materials are included. You'll complete ocean training dives and, where time permits, enjoy a fun dive as well. Bring your personal items, snacks, water, sunscreen, any gear you already have, plus a towel, warm clothes and a sense of adventure. We recommend booking in advance, as you'll need to complete a medical form and online theory before diving. For current pricing, please visit the website.

You'll learn in small groups with a qualified and passionate instructor who will guide you through theory, pool/confined water sessions and open water dives. We offer flexible course delivery to fit different schedules, and all equipment and course materials are included. Bring your personal items, snacks, water, sunscreen and any snorkelling or diving gear you already have — plus a towel, warm clothes and a sense of adventure. Scuba Refresher
Haven't been diving lately and want a quick refresher? This update is the perfect way to brush up on your knowledge and skills. With the SSI Scuba Skills Update, we'll help you get back in the water with confidence. You'll review and practise the skills you learned in your Open Water course under the guidance of an SSI Professional. It's a great option before a dive holiday so you can spend less time worrying about your skills and more time admiring the marine life. Boat Dive
Discover the natural beauty of the Sapphire Coast on a double boat dive in stunning Twofold Bay. Explore iconic underwater locations including colourful reefs, wharf structures, caves and, for Advanced Open Water divers, the historic Tasman Hauler and Henry Bolte wrecks at depths of 23–29 metres. If you're interested in starting your Advanced course on this trip, we can guide you through the options. Your SSI Professional will brief you on conditions, dive plans and points of interest at each site throughout this half-day experience. Discover Eden's underwater world, vibrant marine life, unique local wrecks and the scenic backdrop of Snug Cove. The boat operates on demand for a minimum of six divers, or when minimum numbers are met. Most trips are suited to advanced divers or those completing their Advanced course, unless otherwise arranged. We'll always choose the dive sites with the best conditions on the day to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. While we aim to visit the wrecks whenever possible, conditions can sometimes make them unsuitable. In cases of extreme weather we may need to cancel, but otherwise we'll take you to the locations offering the most comfortable and rewarding diving on the day.
