The "Backwater" studio features a king-size bed, en suite, kitchenette, dining facilities, Foxtel and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. It can be accessed internally when rented in conjunction with the "Bay" residence to make a three-bedroom house, or via it's own separate entrance when booked as a couples retreat.
