Begin with a yoghurt tasting of gourmet flavours made from fresh local milk, including the Australian Grand Dairy Award Champion Flavoured Yoghurt. Hear how a family's dream grew into a business supporting local farmers, shaped by recipes and equipment sourced from Switzerland, and learn about Queensland's dairy industry and its history.

In the purpose-built show cheese factory, designed for viewing, tasting and learning, sample creamy white mould cheeses, including brie, camembert, triple cream brie and seasonal buffalo cheeses, plus fetas and club cheddar-style cheeses, all made using traditional Swiss-style recipes.

Perfect for families, food lovers and curious visitors, the tour finishes just in time for the café to open. Stay for a signature cheese dish, barista coffee or tea, then take home favourites from the shop. It's also a great start to a day exploring the hinterland.
