The team are proud to showcase the wonderful delicacies, fresh flavours and unique regions of New South Wales, whilst supporting local communities who practice ethical and sustainable farming methods.

The award-winning culinary team at New South Wales Parliament House have long played host to a high calibre of esteemed guest.
