From dinner Friday to late Sunday afternoon, we’ll go behind-the-scenes to explore the most exciting food and wine in the Valley and off-the-beaten path to discover its most beautiful corners. Meet winemakers, taste from barrel and eat in some of the Hunter's most exciting restaurants. This exclusive truffle hunting food and wine weekend kicks off with lunch at Vale Creek Wines followed by a tour and guided tasting at Renzaglia Wines with winemakers Sam & Mark Renzaglia. It includes a truffle dinner at Matt Moran's Rockley Hotel, truffle hunt at Fish River Truffles, and lunch at the outstanding farm-to-plate restaurant Megalong Lot101.
