We had a great afternoon on the Boho picnic and alpaca walk at Blackwattle farm. The owners were very friendly and informative and the walk actually went on longer than it was supposed to because he shared so much information and allowed us time with the animals. My wife, 4 year old son and myself walked an alpaca and a huge but easy going llama for approx 500m return and then had time to feed a separate herd. Afterwards a delicious picnic of charcuterie food was laid on with a view of the farm! My son loved the alpaca cushion and toy that came with the picnic. Facilities are very clean and modern and the cafe seemed like it had a good range of other foods too! Highly recommend. 🦙
Had an amazing time with the lamas. Walking feeding and lots of hugs 🤗 The staff are lovely and welcoming. Such a good experience. Highly recommend for everyone to try 🩷🦙 Thanks Soo much for this experience and kind staff. We enjoyed the cake and coffees ☕🍰

What a fantastic gem and close to Canberra! The alpaca walk and feed kept my six year old twins engaged and our guide was great with kids and alpacas alike. The facility is so nice and clean and very well managed. The little cafe was great too - highly recommend if you need to keep the kids entertained for a couple hours!
