Beyond Ballooning offers an authentic experience teamed with regional knowledge delivered by genuine locals. Located in the NSW Hunter Valley approximately 160 kilometres north of Sydney, Beyond Ballooning offers premium sunrise hot air balloon flight tours over the Hunter Valley wine-growing regions of Pokolbin and Broke.

VIP Hot Air Balloon Flight
VIP balloon flights for two are perfect for proposals, anniversaries and special occasions or just to treat yourselves. You will enjoy the VIP treatment in an hour-long balloon flight with local sparkling wine and chocolates after your flight and a complimentary digital photo package. A gourmet breakfast at the Blaxland Inn will conclude the experience. VIP Flight Special includes a 40 to 60-minute private hot air balloon flight, breakfast at Blaxland Inn, digital photo package, local sparkling wine and chocolates on landing, free use of the "Will you marry me?" banner if required.

What a great bucket list adventure! Flying with Beyond Ballooning was a great experience from start to finish. A 4:15 am start at our meeting point had a few delays due to some rain, but the crew kept us updated throughout. We were loaded onto small buses and taken to our departure spot, where we received a briefing from the bus driver on the way. We then had a safety briefing with our pilot, Shaun, and watched in anticipation as the balloons inflated. We were loaded in - 25 people, with 6 in each basket division and the pilot in the middle - and off we went. The ascent was slow, but it gave us time to enjoy the sights. I was surprised by how quiet it was, besides the flame, and how gentle the ride was. Once we were up high, the views were spectacular! I'm not great with heights, but I highly recommend the experience and would do it again! The landing was so well done, and we didn't tip over (bonus)! We were bussed back to the Blaxland Inn, where we enjoyed a delicious champagne buffet breakfast with great coffee and service, thanks to the staff.

Exceptional experience!!! Lez our driver/tour guide and pilot Danny were absolutely amazing. My Fiancée and I had such an extraordinary time. They we're extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very wonderful to connect with. Once we finished our Hot Air Balloon experience, we enjoyed a gorgeous buffet breakfast and truly enjoyed every bite. Thank you for making my Birthday extra special. I highly recommend Beyond Ballooning 🎐✨

Absolutely fantastic trip last Saturday. Our pilot Nathan was wonderful and so informative. We had slightly overcast weather to start but soared above the clouds which was magical. Breakfast after was also fantastic. What a great day, surprise from my son for my 70th birthday. Best memories to treasure . Thank you 😀

We visited Hunter Valley during our holiday and specifically came to see the hot air balloons. Although we didn’t book a flight and only planned to take photos from a distance, the pilot was incredibly warm and welcoming. He kindly invited our family to step inside the balloon for a closer look and even gave our child a souvenir badge. It turned into a truly memorable experience for my mum and kids. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism — highly recommended!

We had the most incredible experience with Beyond Balloons! From start to finish, everything was simply amazing. Pilot Sam along with the entire team, were beyond wonderful, so friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We were honestly exhausted from a long drive before arriving, but the moment everything started, all that tiredness disappeared. The team’s energy, warmth, and enthusiasm completely lifted us up and made the experience so much fun. The sky ride itself was absolutely breathtaking,such a smooth, magical, and unforgettable experience floating above the landscape. The breakfast included afterward was a lovely bonus and the perfect way to wrap up the morning. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt taken care of the entire time. This was truly an amazing sky ride, and we will definitely do it again with the same team.
