Would not recommend their service department to anyone! Took my Raptor there to fix an exhaust problem under warranty had it for over a week never heard anything so I rang them and was told it was ready, pick it up get 20 seconds up the road and still had the same problem, I turnaround and tell them it’s not fixed and their response was well we can’t just keep throwing money at it. So warranty clearly means nothing to them, took it to another dealer and they replaced the whole exhaust system no questions asked bunch of rookies who don’t care about their customers or their workmanship

If I could give 6 stars I would! Coast Ford went above and beyond my expectations! I called every Ford dealership in NSW and ACT over a year ago searching for the elusive Mustang Dark Horse. I received the same response from all of them: allocations were full, and it was impossible to get one. Except for Coast Ford. They had a positive attitude towards my request, took my details, and assured me they would contact me if an allocation became available. Fast forward over a year later, Nathan called me and told me they had a Dark Horse available. Delighted that they remembered me from over a year ago, I jumped on the opportunity and am now the proud owner of a Mustang Dark Horse. The team at Coast Ford is exceptional! From pre-sale to after-sales service, especially Stephanie, who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles. It was a delight hearing all the insights and advice she had to offer and having all my questions answered.
