After enjoying a couple of wineries and a relaxing lunch, hop back on the hopper to visit Dionysus Winery. Here, you can indulge in a range of tasting options, including exquisite wines paired with artisanal chocolates and gourmet cheeses. Customize your experience either upon arrival or when you book, ensuring a delightful visit tailored to your palate.
Wine & Chocolate Experiences
Experience the flavours of Dionysus Winery with their range of chocolate and wine tasting experiences. Their expert cellar door staff will guide you through the tasting of our current vintage wines, allowing you to ask questions and learn about their winery and the wines we create. They have five options: For groups of up to six people: * Wine with cheese or chocolate Pairing (Maximum 6 people) $20 per person * Educational Chocolate Tasting $25 per person * Wine tasting - All the wines $10 per person * White wine tasting $6 per person. * Red wine tasting $6 per person * Kids tasting - Three flavoured milks with matching chocolates $10 per person (MUST be 12 years or under). Please note that we only have cow's milk for this experience. As well as the tasting options listed above, you can buy a cheese and antipasto platter to nibble on or buy wine by the glass.

The establishment offers excellent customer service and a beautiful setting to enjoy the tranquillity of the property. A selection of cheeses and a white or red wine are available for purchase. The chocolates are a must-try. For what was intended to be a brief visit, we spent nearly two hours exploring the extensive range of products. The background story of the business is also noteworthy. We will certainly return.

Wine pairing with chocolate, who would've known 🤤 Love the experience, Michelle, Wendy and Imogene were very kind and helpful in explaining the tasting notes. We went away with a box of chocolate cos it was so good !

Recently visited Dionysus last Sunday and what a fantastic experience! Easy to get to and the whole place had a nice welcoming vibe. We did the “tasting with the lot” and we couldn’t fault it. Imogen was super friendly and knowledgeable but also let you enjoy the wine without the information overload. We ended up leaving with 12 wines (and a few chocolates) so you know this place is good!! I highly recommend the tasting and pair it with a custom cheese board. Looking forward to returning one day.

Wendy is an absolute superstar. For a private function we were all looked after and made welcome. Fantastic sparkling wine and so fun to have chocolates available too! A great vibe around the winery and some excellent photo opportunities. Highly recommend.

This place have the best wine cheese and chocolates pairings I have ever had. Their chocolates are made specifical to each wine and you can tell. The owners Wendy and Micheal enjoy sharing their love and extensive knowledge of wines with all who visit their vineyard. This place is a must if you are around the Murrumbateman area.
