Join OakShade Truffles at their truffiere just outside Mudgee, NSW.

Start by going through a bit of a walk through the trees and talk all things truffles and OakShade.

You'll spend some time with Walter, their truffle dog, as he sniffs out the hidden treasures. They will show you how to dig the truffles out of the ground and you can even get your hands dirty too, if you wish!

After the truffles are all cleaned up, it's tasting time! With a few different dishes on offer to try their fresh Black Truffle with and then you can sit back, relax and take in the true decadence of the infamous Black Perigord Truffle.
