Aril Estate is an award-winning olive and pomegranate producer.

Based in the Mudgee region, Aril Estate is renowned for its naturally fermented table olives and extra-virgin olive oils, and pomegranate syrups, molasses, and jams.

From planting its first olive trees in 2007, Aril Estate is now home to more than 2000 olive trees, offering Manzanilla, Californian Queens, Picual and Verdale green and black olive varieties, along with 3500 pomegranate trees.
